I don't know what the solution is Eccieuser. I don't like it either. I was actually thinking of a case here locally when I made that post. Some woman shot a cop when he entered her place of business because the alarm went off, thinking he was a burglar, now she's looking at spending the rest of her life in prison, because the prosecutor wants to make a name for himself. If you watch the series "Death Row Stories" you see a lot of instances where the public is calling for blood so people get prosecuted and convicted when they shouldn't.

And yes, kids taking guns to school and mass murdering is crazy. Only in America.
