Default Rittenhouse Is Dead Meat.

It was said on Fox today that as per the Judges instructions the Jury will first vote on self defense. If they all agreed it was, deliberations are over.

Since it has been over two days, they must think he is guilty of something.

What that something is will be the big question.

Uh huh.

They will decide tomorrow one way or another. No jury wants their weekend fucked up, particularly going into a holiday.

I still believe he’ll get murder for the 1st guy and self defense for the 2nd homicide. As for the 3rd, I’m not sure what they charged but self defense is only 50/50 against an agg battery charge.

In a self defense case, long deliberations are never good. He might be hoping for a hung jury. He’ll get retried. He won’t be as sympathetic next time and his testimony won’t feel genuine. Second trials are definitely tougher to defend.

Yep, he will either be charged with something, I don't think he should be, clear cut case of self defense if one applies the law and not their "feelings", or it will be a hung jury and no counselor, the second time won't be tougher because the facts in the case will not change. What you are suggesting is that "feelings" might change. Pitiful, especially from a so called "officer of the law".

if that's the case it's going to be a hung jury. if there are one or two holdouts, they can be swayed. 5 or 6? not likely you can sway them all the other way.

in other news .. remember this guy? the prosecution has known this guy's identity for a while. he wanted immunity and the prosecution refused. this is why he never testified. remember this is one of the charges against Rittenhouse.

yet this was withheld from the defense, this man's identity.

Maurice Freeland, 39, has admitted that he was the one who kicked Rittenhouse in the head

A career criminal and convicted felon with an open domestic violence charge has claimed to be the unidentified male at whom Kyle Rittenhouse shot twice at close range but missed, on the night of August 25, 2020.

Rittenhouse has been charged with First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety of the man known in trial only as 'jump-kick man,' for the flying kick he took at the teenager's head as Rittenhouse was attacked minutes after he shot Joseph Rosenbaum dead.

Now Maurice Freeland, 39, has admitted that he was the one who kicked Rittenhouse in the head and narrowly avoided being shot as a result, after the then 17-year-old stumbled to the ground as he attempted to flee.

Moments later Anthony Huber swung at Rittenhouse with his skateboard for a second time, grabbing for the AR-15 that was slung across his chest. Rittenhouse fired once, shooting Huber in the chest at point blank range.

Gaige Grosskreutz was next, advancing on Rittenhouse with a Glock 27 in his hand. He was shot in his right bicep for his efforts.

The state has painted all these actors as heroes attempting to take down an 'active shooter.'

Rittenhouse has been charged with First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety of the man known in trial only as 'jump-kick man,' for the flying kick he took at the teenager's head as Rittenhouse was attacked minutes after he shot Joseph Rosenbaum dead

Rittenhouse, who was 17 at the time of the shootings, is charged with first-degree intentional homicide and other counts for killing Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber and wounding Gaige Grosskreutz

DailyMail.com has already revealed that both Huber and Grosskreutz have lengthy and violent criminal histories, with the latter having a history of lying to police.

Now it has emerged that the same is true of 'jump-kick man' who was on bond that night for an alleged assault on his girlfriend that included kicking her in the ribcage having thrown her to the floor.

Rittenhouse is no “Hero”, but the other actors in this whole sordid tale are, or were in the case of two, real pieces of shit.

.... Prosecution mis-conduct all over this case.
Rather obvious that if he is convicted of something
- he'll surely be granted a good appeal.

The Judge surely needs to do the proper thing
and declare a mis-trial with prejudice.
