Way, way back in the Dark Ages, Salah Izzedin tried to set that up at Cabaret Royale. The city WOULD NOT give him the necessary permits.
Back when I was still in Dallas (almost 20 years ago now), The Men's Club had a very good stylist on-site for the dancers. He was quite willing to do haircuts and styling for men as well, and he was good. My schedule at that time was such that late night at The Men's Club was about the only time I *COULD* free up to get a haircut, and I was in there on a regular basis. No static from anyone, no giggles, perfectly routine.
I got to watch the nail technician there do fiberglass layup on one of the dancers one night. She was about to do one, I asked about the material, she said "fiberglass", I said "You're kidding", she said she wasn't, I asked if I could watch, she and the dancer were OK with it, and it really was fiberglass layup with a thin epoxy and multiple layers of glass cloth.
