Genius..
oooh seven years!! You are a goddamn expert!!! Did you live in the city or rural? When was the last time you lived in a town with a population less than 5000? Or better yet, when was the last time you lived in a town where the nearest Walmart was an hour away?

Typical big mouth liberal. It isn't so much that you are ignorant. It's just that you know so many things that aren't so. lol.

Nope not an expert, I did live in a very small town in NW Tennessee. But I will trust the word of those who have actually done some research over someome like you you who seems to think that doing nothing but name calling makes him right all the time.

"Poverty is a complex and multifaceted issue, the result of socioeconomic factors often connected to history, geography and race. Studies consistently show that poverty limits access to education, nutritious foods, professional opportunities and safe, prosperous neighborhoods, all of which are critical for sustaining long and healthy livelihoods. For state and local governments, poverty can exacerbate crime, necessitate increased spending on healthcare and social safety nets, and adversely affect economic growth for decades."
