Na, you can't make that argument as everyone could say the same for a judge appointed by a Democrat. Therefore, you don't get to fuss about who is making the ruling as it cuts both ways. To say otherwise is pretty hypocritical. The system allows multiple layers of judiciary review so any perceived politics is pulled out of the system. Finally, the right had to put up with the Warren court and now the left needs to put up with the current Supreme Court. It is what it is...
