On the contrary, HR. They can see all of those things you mentioned. Firstly, when I go to an AMP, I pull out a bunch of bills from my wallet as she is watching and wade through a few 100's and 50's before I count out three 20's to give her for the hour house fee. At this point, she has seen my wallet and, I am sure, understands my intentions.
