Speaking of the debates, it's the reason the Bush's hate Trump with such a passion. Trump basically AssRaped poor Jeb on national tv and effectively ended his political career, and I think I LOL'd about it for a fucking week. lol

Then Clinton took it over and made up the dirt now known as the Steele Dossier. it reads like the 5th rate pulp fiction spy novel it is .. they could have done better by plagiarizing Robert Ludlum and Ian Fleming spy novels.
if Steele was half the so-called MI6 operative he was supposed to be he would have known all the "Russian intel" was garbage. and he did know but since he didn't like Trump (isn't that collusion by a foreign national in US elections?? YES IT IS) he turned it all over claiming it was likely true. we all know now it was all rubbish none it was ever proven true.
it was Trump's "America First" stance that resonated with republican voters that got him the nomination. McConnell said it best in 2016 .. "he got the most votes in the primaries". and he won the nomination easily. he was the front runner a week after he announced his candidacy and walked away with the nomination.
RNC leadership secretly pined for a contested convention. didn't come close to getting their wish. if you combined Kasich, Rubio and Cruz's delegates as one candidate you still couldn't have stopped Trump from a first vote nomination. not even close.
Results (president)
Trump ( NY): 1,725 (69.78%)
Cruz ( TX): 484 (19.58%)
Kasich ( OH): 125 (5.06%)
Rubio ( FL): 123 (4.98%)
Carson ( MI): 7 (0.28%)
Bush ( FL): 3 (0.12%)
Paul ( KY): 2 (0.08%)
Abstention: 3 (0.12%)

Sorry but you are rewriting history, Trump was hardly the front runner until well into the primaries, I was one of the earliest Trump supporters and my fellow "righties" laughed at me for months when I stated that Trump was the ONLY Republican that I thought could win the GE. For weeks after Trump announced his candidacy the betting odds were 100-1 for him to be. He was hardly the front runner
I completely agree that the "Establishment" always hated him and still does. It's more fear than hate, but the two emotions are often one and the same.

Here you go. I was right, but I will concede I was not "as right" as I thought I was.

I won't disagree with that assessment.
The MSM was what first attracted me to Trump. I would hear Trump say something during the day "live" and then I would hear what the media "claimed" he said later that evening and it was always a lie. I started to think that anyone the media hated that much might be worth paying attention to.
Back to the primaries. First it was "he won't make it through the first debate" and then it was "he doesn't really want to be POTUS" and then it was "Mike Pence (or Steve Bannon) will be the real POTUS" and on and on and on.

Heard some idiot on MSNBC the other day said "In Biden, we now have a true statesman". I fell on the floor laughing.
Right now, Joe Biden is trying to make a deal with the biggest sponsor of State terrorism in the world willing to give money to Iran so it can continue to give rockets to Hamas, Hezbollah and the Houthi's.
He's letting Putin off the leash Trump had him on.
This country may have just elected the worst "statesman" this country has seen in modern times among ALL his other faults on domestic and economic policies that just might ruin this countries future.
Yeah, I'd take the asshole, braggart Trump back in a heart beat.

I’ll take the guy who grabs them by the pussy over the one who scams the world out of trillions over a fake crisis every time.

Isn't that exactly what Trump is doing with the big lie. Scamming people out of their money to propagate the fiction that he was cheated out of the election and that he's still the president. Even though nothing could be further from the truth.

Trump summary
Ask not what you can do for your country.
Ask what you can do for me.
