That’s crazy I was too. I thought I’d go to a movie at the movie theater that has now opened I was super excited to see a comedy/drama. But I was so restless sitting in the chair I just kept turning over and turning over and getting up and getting down the movie got to sad and I couldn’t handle it so I just left. Instead I walked and walked and walked around the mall and around target until my legs were exhausted. That was really strange

Anxiety attacks are apparently an old people thing! I get them at 1, 2, 3 in the morning, never at a civil hour of the day. In the mean time try this . . .
