At least in the time of the Great Depression, Hobo villages were neat and orderly and people behaved because if they broke any of the local laws or displeased the authorities, they would be *asked* to move. And that request had no other options than to get out of town.

Well, now that Prop B has passed, I wonder how much enforcement of this re-established ordinance the city council will actually ask the police to do.

So that means if they are next to a nice hotel that place can make them move?

Give notice, confront? Call it in? Move and discard at own risk?
