I'll dissent, in part, on the general negative opinions on Brooke - though I've kind of given up on her at this point...

I've seen her, and while I would concur that she's not "all that", I wouldn't say she's unattractive either (and while I was distracted by the mole or whatever it is at the crease of her thigh, after a few minutes I really just didn't notice it). From my perspective, she had several things going for her. She was friendly, and she tried to make sure I had a nice time - though perhaps that was partly "first time client" treatment to try to make sure I'd come back, but it certainly cancels out many negatives, especially these days, in this area. And, most important (at the time) - she was actually available and willing to see me, after I'd struck out with everyone else I'd tried to contact for the previous several weeks...

Unfortunately, the next time I tried to see her, she said she was available and I could come over right away, so I did - and was (effectively) NCNS'ed... I texted when I arrived and got parked, and tried again several times after that - after I'd been sitting there in my car, parked on her block, for about half an hour, with no response, I gave up and left. She subsequently told me that she fell asleep while waiting for me, and I should have just come to her door and knocked (but I know better than to do that unless told to do so in advance).

I tried again a couple of times in the next couple of weeks, reaching out to her not long after she'd posted an ad looking for immediate appointments, and both times she (eventually) got back to me, but the response was of the form, "Sorry, I'm not available tonight, try again some other time". From my perspective, "three strikes and you're out", it just seemed like trying to connect with her was wasting my time, so I stopped.

Sort of a shame - even though she's not spectacular, I kept trying to go back because it seemed like she was at least friendly, and might be consistently available at times when she said she was available, but apparently it was not to be...
