It does appear they have learned "the science" has concluded that the "vaccines" cause a reduction in brain function and mask wearing reduces the oxygen levels consumed in subsequent breaths, which also reduces normal brain function so the next generation of "voters" will cast ballots (more than one per person) as instructed to do without learned thoughts or critical thinking .... they won't have to frighten them into submission anymore.
