Don't know what the Federal Gov can/will do. In NYC, pay for play cases will not be prosecuted going forward, according to Cyrus Vance Jr, the DA. It's just for the providers. It does not apply to clients or traffickers.

I'm torn on the latest action by NYC prosecutor. On one hand as a hobbiest, kinda good, although the John seems to be still vulnerable. I also appreciate the facts that police and court resources need to me rationed. On the other hand, selective enforcement of laws by an individual(s) concerns me...prosecutors do it on a case by case basis all the time for usually good reason...but global is another slice of pie. I'd rather see formal legalization.
