Strange, 2 nights ago on Tucker he spoke of the "blue ribbon commission" Biden was putting together to study court packing.

Last night Tucker said Pelosi was putting together a bill with Jerry Gnadless to pack the court.

Today, it's been delayed.

The Dems don't do anything without polling. Something must of shown up. Again, there is actually a very narrow margin in the House and tiny one in the Senate.

CocaCola and other companies backed off the Georgia election fairness boycott. Will the Dems be able to ride the COVID wave until 2022?

The story I'm hearing is that there is no use and trying to push court packing until and unless the filibuster rule is done away with. This tells me that in order to change the court, it would require 60 votes and that is never going to happen. Unless they manage to remove the filibuster and Joe Manchin says NO, he absolutely will not vote to eliminate the filibuster, then both issues are dead.


I got some interesting, good news that I wasn't aware of before today. Warnock, Senator from Georgia is up for re-election in 2022. He was only elected to fill the 2 years remaining on a vacated seat. I didn't remember hearing that. A former Navy Seal will try and unseat him and if every Republican can hold their seat, a big if, there goes the Democrat majority in the Senate and of course the House will go back to Republican control once the country has a real good look at what Democrat control has done and will do to the country.


I had a good laugh from former Senator Gowdy, who is now a regular contributor at Fox News, saying the good news in the court packing story is that Jerry Nadler will be heading up the effort guaranteeing it's failure. Nadler is right there at the top of the list of court jesters in the Democrat party.

I'm still a bit concerned. I believe the Dim party has it in for the Supreme Court since Chief Justice Roberts didn't show up for impeachment II. They can't get Kavanaugh thrown off without 66 votes. Won't happen. Packing the SCOTUS seems to be the fastest way, in their minds, to undo the damage of the Trump Presidency.
