I'm not sure where you saw that I was defending super high rates. What should my stance be? Something like, "Hey provider X, I'd really like to see you, but I think your rates are too high, please lower your them?". Sure, lower rates would benefit me, but we don't set or determine their rates. We never have and we never will.
