I guess they didn't teach the meaning of the word "immediately" in those Ivy League schools.

No, they just taught us to never have to give a shit about $1,400 because money will never be an issue if we pick the right degree so we don't have to beg and complain about a welfare check on a whore board when we are elders.

Hell, I could get banned today and I would not lose one second of sleep tonight. I would just come back later and get banned again or maybe I wouldn't even bother to return.

Keep telling yourself that Micah.

Congress just passed the amended version of the 1.9T rescue plan. Sleepy Joe will sign it Friday, 3-12-21.
Biden has been in office seven weeks. That is pretty good speed for Congress.

If so important? Why the delay? He originally said he would sign it the same day! More govt hand-outs. What a waste!

Your favorite President, former President Trump wanted a $2,000 check to go out. His wish has just been granted, compliments of Chuck S and Nancy P.
The $2,000 check that will go to people who had a W2 gross equal to or less than $80,000 will help stimulate the economy. Kind of like the Bush43 Tax cuts of 2001.
The problem with Bush43 he INCREASED spending by INVADING Iraq.

If the $1400 checks stimulate the economy, the government benefits.

Still no checks! Speedy can get two 70" 4K TVs for close to $1400.
Lots and lots of pork. The MSM keep talking about how the the American public loves the "Rescue America Plan." Yeah, people like the checks and the unemployment benefits but it's filled with pork. Incredible.
Here's somebody's list of pork:
• $1.5 million for Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway development
• $1.5 billion for Amtrak — the National Railroad Passenger Corp.
• $1 billion for loan assistance to socially disadvantaged farmers
• $7.6 billion for improved internet access
• $19 million for the National Institute for the Deaf
• $270 million for the National Endowment for the Arts and National Endowment for the Humanities
• $39 billion for child care block grants
• $20 million to update the Affordable Care Act exchange technology
• $5 billion for homelessness assistance services
• $50 billion for FEMA
• $4 billion to farmers for loan forgiveness and to help those denied loans
• $4 billion to expand Child Tax Credit to $3,600.
• $73 billion to expand the Earned Income Tax Credit
• $130 billion for K-12 schools for covid and to hire support staff
• $40 billion for colleges for covid and increased low income student aid
• $39 billion for child care providers
• $35.5 billion for increased Affordable Care Act subsidies
• $350 billion for state and local governments
• $880 million to expand the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
• Tens of billions for government manpower and oversight
There is very little "rescue" in the "Rescue America Plan." Kinda reminds me of Obama's "shovel ready infrastructure plan" that didn't have any shovel ready jobs.
Wait! That bill's in two more months.

Well, I had 2 buddies call me this morning to tell me that they are sending their stimulus money to me. I just said "cool" to both of them and simply reminded them they have a lot more to send to pay back what they owe me. I didn't want to be an asshole but if you borrow money from me, you have to pay it back. It's that simple. I always tell them to consider me an interest free bank you have to pay back or shit will get sideways. And by "sideways" they know I never say no so they'll just get more money out of me so it's a pretty hollow threat.

I don't know man. They both said they would pay me when then come over next weekend. I was just like have you fuckers ever heard of Zelle? It's not like they have to hand me the damn money in person. It's not like I am some fucking mob boss who needs to touch it. I just want to see it in my bank account. LOL

G - thank You - the bill is full of pork and DPST 'self-intersts'
Taxpayers are paying to bail out the failed Socialist states and their massive deficits - penalizing States with proper management and budgets.
Farm handouts - will very carefully be given only to 'politically correct' individuals of color and massive agriculture corporations who give huge donations to teh DPST's!

Thanks. Already have it bought and installed. Waiting for the check to pay for some of it. Still have the $600 check in savings.
Also got a soundbar/subwoofer with wireless rear speakers coming. Life is good. Thank you Democrats.
