Exactly.... anyone who's been a member longer than a couple months knows how important this is. The first thing you look at when considering a meeting with a provider is the yes/No column beside the list of their reviews. The no review better be a legit no if i have to take time to read through it to make my decision....and some are too lazy to read through so they just pass on her unfairly.
