The point of the question which you seemed to ignore, is that Gore challenged the result of the election for over a month. Why should it be any different for Trump?

First, Gore did not challenge the election based on fraud.
Second, Gore lost the election by about 550 votes, not 10s of thousands as is the case this year in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Trump has every right to challenge the vote count but thus far not one major challenge of possible fraud has been upheld.
