It's going to be several days at least until the final results are in if not longer with court cases/etc.

Here in PA, we are basically guaranteed at least no final results until 3 plus days after the election. PA will accept and total mail in ballots up to 3 days after election day as long as they are postmarked by 8PM on election day.

I'm guessing PA won't be certified until about a week after the election.
