A “no call” does not always suggest something is wrong. I, personally, don’t talk on the phone because that leaves me with no history or ‘paper trail’, so to speak, of our conversation. Given the amount of inquiries providers receive on a given day, we’d have to possess superhuman memory if we spoke to every phone #.
Conversely, on rare occasions that I have participated in a phone conversation, it has resulted in a speedier booking bc the client felt more comfortable, in saying that I sounded very polite and “normal” (take it as you want; none of us are really “normal” on here, lol).
