Delusional to the max! I get a good laugh when I see those comparisons, even the hair dresser is really invested tens of thousands to have her business and skills. One trick out of the six coming that day don't make it and "Well DR's charge a cancellation fees" LMAO

WTF... You don't think we've earned our degree in PROVIDERSHIP.
Its unfortunate...that it's not offered at the most prestigious College.
I can damn well guarantee you .... we've done more study time, internship and being promoted to THE GAME than most of the lame BS students who are now working at UPS or Burlington Coat Factory ... because they can't find a job.
Cut the slack people ... us gals are a helluva contribution to both society in a monetary way and also catering to those who need the service we provide.
We offer in addition to getting a nut off, therapeutic services. If only there were a masters in what we do. But society doesn't allow it. Not here in the US anyways.
That being said .... We work it .. and to it's best.

I agree with you.
Also, I've never cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and I think only a cheap asshole would do it and not offer some compensation.
Maybe I should have said cheap motherfucker...or broke sumbitch.

That’s crap. If a lady insists on a 24-hour notice policy, I likely won’t even bother scheduling. I usually don’t know my own schedule well enough to 100% guarantee that I can make a date 24 hours in advance.
This is a business that demands flexibility. A lot of things come up here that wouldn’t cause a cancellation in other businesses. I can take off work for a doctors appointment. My boss wouldn’t be too keen if I skip a meeting for “personal services”. Yeah, I could lie about it, but how often are you going to claim the medical (or other) excuse if you hobby with any frequency?

Well, I don't have a boss so I don't know how to finesse that question exactly, but I give my best workers plenty of flexibility.
The lady has legitimate losses when some motherfucker cancels with too little notice.
However, I agree with you to not schedule with a gal who has such a policy - that shows you would expect to honor it.

Any lady who enacts a 24-hour cancellation policy needs to be doing it for the right reasons: she has costs associated with her particular business that can’t be avoided if she doesn’t get paid. As an example, I can appreciate the need for a cancellation fee from a lady who may only see a few gents a week, and has to take time off from her “day job” in order to meet.
But the whole “opportunity cost” argument for most women in this business is a BS argument. She isn’t guaranteed to fill that appointment if I don’t schedule. Is she better off taking the appointment, risk having me cancel 8 hours in advance while she can still post an ad to find a replacement; or is she better off not getting the appointment at all?
That’s not for you or me to decide; the ladies can balance the risk/rewards without our help. Berating guys for not unilaterally offering to pay a fee when they don’t cancel 24 hours in advance demonstrates a lack of understanding of how many hobbyists’ lives work, in my opinion.

The only way I can see paying a cancellation fee would be if I flew her in, and for whatever reason couldn't make the visit with her. Sorry, ladies. But sometimes you just have to charge it to the game. There are no guarantees in this hobby. There is no 'insurance.' Shit happens, as they say. This has to be an acceptable part of the business.
Just as 'preferential' treatment is accepted here, if that happened at Walmart or Applebee's, somebody would be getting rich very shortly. Or, a nice settlement...not necessarily rich, but you get my point. You can discriminate here, but you can't virtually anywhere else.
As far as cancellations and 'fees' associated with them go, did you, a provider, reject anyone else for that time slot? In this society, we love to speak on hypotheticals, particularly when they benefit us. But half the time, they are speculative and unprovable that ACTUAL business was lost. Sure, sometimes it happens that two or more guys want the same time slot, but I doubt as much as we're led to believe.
Besides, aren't all you ladies low volume anyway [wink, wink...rib poke]
On the opposite end of the spectrum, what do guys get when they are cancelled on...or ghosted on? I'm sure many of us have spent at least a couple of occasions sitting in a parking lot, waiting on the final info we need to close a visit...info that never came. What are we to do in those instances, demand a 'cancellation bj'? A free hour on the next visit? I mean, hey, we COULD'VE scheduled with another girl, but we chose you and you cancelled. That's time lost...and time, as I believe they say, is money.
Long point short. We all hate inconvenience. It sucks, but...it happens.
At the same time, situations like these make the awesome visits that much more awesome, especially if they come after one of these.

I don’t know about you, but when I get canceled while sitting in the parking lot I go to the liquor store, get a nice bottle of Oban and a good cigar. With change left over. So there’s my cancellation fee.

It all comes down to being a sucker trick or not being one! It's not like there's not hundreds of other options at any given time that don't require BS fees, they only need a small number of suckers that fail to look anywhere else than coed post to find their match
This is where you find lower quality providers hustlers in imho, Not all but MOST! It's like shopping at the little corner store daily, sometimes you have to venture a few blocks out to find the superstores. Stop being fools and venture out

I just go to an AMP or subAMP - plenty of options when some bitch cancels on you.

Two way street. I would pay a cancellation fee if the provider plays by the same rules. The only way that could happen is if both parties put money in a shared account. So, it will never happen.

I have had to cancel a few times due to an unexpected time conflict.... every time I have offered to pay a “fee” for the miss, EVERYTIME I have been told it was an appreciated gesture but not necessary..... I rebooked another time without hesitation but fully willing to pay if it was asked..... That’s just me
