LEO using AMP survellience cameras

Noticed an AMP that I used to frequent get busted by Uncle Leo earlier this week (two sheriff's vehicles parked out front with flashing lights).

Many of these places have Ring cameras and other surveillance cameras all over the place, and likely have a nice recorded history of you (and maybe your vehicle). If these places get busted, can LEO access that footage and use this against you? All it would likely show is that you were present. Unless they have a camera inside the room (like they did with the Patriots owner), no illegal activity would have been recorded.

Depending... but would depend on what charges they have against the owners. More than likely the videos are password protected, which probably would require a team of technology professional to hack the systems. So unless ownership cooperates and hands over the information police probably wouldn't bother following up with former clients to get a misdemeanor charge.

If the charges were felony (especially trafficking), then management might cooperate and hand over their black books, videos, and any other client information.

The other consideration is location. If the bust were to take place in San Francisco, then probably nothing would come of it. If the bust were to come from the Woodlands Texas, then there are enough Bible thumpers up there to put pressure on the police.

I frequent Massage Parlors here in Upstate New York. I saw videos of myself on Different Porn sites. Of course these Massage parlors are no longer in business. Someone had to upload those videos. I don`t know who. But I was in 4 Massage Parlor Hidden Cam Videos

If LE tries to use this Ring footage against you, you tell them you want to speak to your attorney. Be aware that Ring has partnerships with many LE agencies across the US. People who use Ring will usually use an app called Neighbors. These agencies that are partnered with Ring have a sister app to Neighbors that allows LE to request footage from Ring users when it's relevant to an investigation. Last I checked, there’s no security requirements for the use of this footage either...
