IANL but the first amendment only protects free speech on a public platform.
Every single website is a private platform.

If you do illegal things in a private location or on a private platform, or otherwise aid in others and provide resources on how to do those things, then the owner of that platform is liable.

As long as the owner of the platform, and that platform, is located on Uncle Sam's turf, that is. Is eccie hosted in Europe? If so, then we are fine

The Cloud Act says otherwise. Doesn’t matter where the site is hosted. This was the first time , of many to come, that the feds used Fosta/Sesta laws passed in 2018 under the guise of stopping human trafficking.

And if you’re into protecting free speech and all, check out the Earn It act. People think these laws only affect SWs, not true. We are just the low hanging fruit. These bills and laws affect everyone.
