If you're adventurous you could always just hang out around the building & watch the single men coming & going then strike up a conversation with one of them. There's a dog park right across the street so there is a lot of foot traffic in & out of the building.

Since so much stuff is going on around there, you wouldn't look out of place at all.

There used to be a few Airb&bs in the building, but management shut that down.

Looks like they have units in the building. Starting at $124 a night, but I'm sure that's based on a 30 night stay so I'd guess they are probably $200 a night for short stays but that's still not awful.
