On several fronts. #1: The nature of Floyd's "bad acts"!

And you think the officer's "bad acts" are relevant, but Floyd's aren't? Old Seamen learn quickly to know what side of the vessel from which to throw slop, and you're obviously no Seaman! Just an internet loudmouth!

Now, before you embarrass yourself any more, please search the internet and find the video of his INITIAL arrest, WHICH IS IN PLAIN VIEW, and report back with an accurate description of the arresting officer!

Then ask yourself, if you dare: How did he end up on the ground with a white officer on his neck?

Or you can just wait quietly and let the DOJ fully investigate the matter. It was the same with Rodney King! Michael Brown? Trayvon Martin? The list is almost endless ... almost.

That's another sad part of the story. Not sure if you saw any of his posts. He really did try to turn his life around and tell other kids to straighten up and fly right before it's too late. Such a shame.

The weird part in this will be the trial. Turns out Floyd and the cop worked at the same nightclub, with Floyd as a bouncer and the cop as security. Not clear if they knew each other yet. But stands to reason they would. Wonder if there was a grudge between them. Some bad blood?

More than likely Floyd "assumed" he would get a pass. And bucked up when he didn't.

More like difficulty handcuffing and getting him out of the vehicle which is actually pretty hard from a seated elevated position. Then he was seated against the building for a while then placed in another vehicle. Where it looks like he was abused or something because 1 cop was standing outside just looking in And a cop was also standing on the other side of the vehicle with the door open (what was the need for that) so it’s unlikely he was fighting or they’d have all piled on.

Then he was evidently pulled from the vehicle and 3 officers were on his back and eventually 1 on his neck.

If there is more footage, I don’t believe anyone has seen it.

Thank you for confirming for Tran that we do not know why he was pulled from the car and that we couldn't see what precipitated moving Floyd from the car. We don't know that he was resisting arrest at that point but he did the first time he was asked to step out of the vehicle and had to be pulled out but that to is irrelevant, but a fact non the less.

So why did he end up on the ground after being put in the patrol car and why were there 3 cops trying to keep him on the ground if we remove the cop on his neck? Because he was Black and they just thought they would fuck with the Black guy or was there a reason for removing him from the car and pinning him to the ground removing the fact that another officer wrongly put his knee to his neck for a far to long, extended period of time?

Some will say none of that matters because the man died. I want to know the why of how he ended up on the ground. Was it just because he was Black as some suggest or he did something like kick at a cop trying to remove him from the car? I don't know this happened but I have seen it more times than I can count. A detainee decides to fight an officer which brings other officers piling on. Happens all the time. What doesn't happen is the knee and if that is all that matters to you, fine. I want to know the whole story and no, the whole story will not justify the knee to the neck but it would be a reason other than he was Black as to why he was pulled from the car and ended up on his belly on the ground.

My apologies to Andy if he finds my comments "despicable". Too bad.

Aren't there too many white people in Canada? Why dont you move to the middle East or Africa? That would be progressive. Plenty of "diversity" in the third world

I'm hearing there may have been a "woman" issue between them. We'll see. No way they did not work at the same place for a couple years and NOT know each other to some extent. I know that if I was the club owner, I would have asked (paid) the off-duty officer to do some back ground checking on all employees on the down low.

Should that effect the charge against the officer?
