Not trying to stir the pot but I used this method of showing the date 90 percent of the time. I have predominantly used month/year since e began with no issues. I can never remember the exact date unless I write the review that day. I have also had providers chew me out for putting the incorrect day and getting them in trouble with their pimp/bf/sd or whoever because they were suposed to not be working on the day I put. So I started using month/year and it has served me well.

Is this a new rule that just started?

She shows up, clean or took shower if necessary and provides. I used her a few times when my weekly sb moved out of state, but shes back so no longer need debbie or something. Lol

There has always been a guide to give a "fair" approximation of the date. Can be first week of.., Mid month of.. last week of month...

This is due to the PA qualifications of having to be 30 days or less since the date of appt.
