So the other day I decided to drive to Jacksonville to meet Allie.

I told her the time I was estimated to arrive and she had me pick up her some cigarettes along the way. Not a big issue for me. I arrived at her apartment complex area around 6:45 and messaged her that I was there. She immediately said she was with her maintenance person and that it wouldn’t take long. I waited 10 mins until I messaged her if something was wrong, she then told me it’d would be another 10 mins. So I waited, and it was at 7:35 when she told me where to park. I parked, and then received a message saying her dog was having a seizure and needed to go to the vet. I was already thinking of leaving as there was a lot of foot traffic and I probably seemed weird sitting in my vehicle, plus I figured she was seeing another John. Anyway I told her to take care of her dog and maybe we could schedule another time. She then said that if I waited, she would drop her dog at the vet and she would be able to see me.
It wouldn’t be until 9:30 when she told me she was able to see me, and by that time I went to another provider.
My take on this is I expected some sort professionalism and I do know things happen, but it felt like I was being messed with.
