Actually it would be better to just have her park in your drive, then have someone block her SUV with their vehicle. If she runs, she will lose her SUV. Not to long ago I was talking to a tow operator. He said in Kansas you put a legal notice in the paper & check with the state to see if there is a hit on it for being stolen/finance company looking for it. If no one claims it, he can sell it for storage fees.
