It's Elite, and I am guessing that the number is the girl's personal number. Elite has a weird approach to advertising these days. Once upon a time, they used to run their own ads, and a web site. Nowadays, the management encourages the girls to find advertising venues themselves, and post ads for the place themselves. Management isn't involved in the advertising. I suspect that is because they treat the girls as independent contractors (rather than employees), and also so they can put themselves at arm's length from the ads - if something bad happens, they can say "Gee, I dunno - the girl posted that herself, we had nothing to do with it..."

That’s kinda what I was thinking. Elite was a go to place in our heyday LF. Then it became pretty lame. Is the same lady running it now?

Yeah, same owner, and former Elite masseuse Cris is still the manager, but works entirely behind the scenes and never sees clients herself anymore.
