Capitalist try and maximize their profits. If they can get government to fund infrastructure and say Defense of shipping lanes without that business footing that bill. They do it right?

So think of it like this , you have business trying to maximizing their profits by lets say contributing to politicians to reduce their taxes for shipping lane defense, Court costs and general things businesses need to prosper.

If those Capitalists' businesses succeed at not paying their share of the cost of running a capitalists' society we then as a government grow deficits/debt (23 trillion)

That is how one can blame capitalisms. One can call it greed or human nature....it works the same in every society no matter the nature of the form of government that is chosen.
