The only thing I don't like about sex toys on Amazon is that your account purchase history follows all your purchases. So if you purchase your nephew's lego set, they will show you recommended lego sets next to the shiny set of silicone anal beads. They do have an archive option, but I understand it's limited to 500 purchases.

Creating a separate Amazon account is the workaround, but a bit of a pain in the ass.
