Are posts and threads being deleted? I have seen comments or whole threads that I wanted to do back and commit on and when I go look for them they are gone. Are mods censoring the board. It sad when political correctness hit a board like this. Oh well guess its a sign of the times.

The ladies don't have a place to advertise so they have to be kind of be careful what they post. I think if they post something that pushes the envelope a little too much to be a blatant ad.....the mods pull them.

I am sure the gents over there appreciate your efforts. I saw a thread where guys are complaining bout it where the retired staff didn't have much to offer in solutions. More like "Why should the mods care" attitude. LOL. Personally most of them are discreet as a lady can be, then some just out right disrespect the requests of Eccie. Hopefully staff can come together and find another solution for this delima when they have some spare time. It would be nice and greatly appreciated by both ladies and gents.

So my question is, should ladies be placing these type of threADS in Sandbox? Or was the retired lady incorrect about this? I wonder what Crypt has to say about this...... since he runs such a tight ship over here deleting threads started by ladies ex: "Best place to stay" Or, is this just a "Dallas thing" ? I think it is a honest question because some info could be misleading. Then a lady does it and gets pointed.

I was not referring to ads or infractions of the rules. I was implying there was an editorial bent to the deletions. Why all the sucking up to the mods? I now they provide a service but the blatant sucking up is a bit distasteful. Its not like they are working all that hard, the board is all but dead.

Honestly, just to see which handle would be the first to react...

The hobby is fine and alive. Yes there is constant complaining of how this particular board has "Changed So Much Since New LAWS Have Taken Affect". There are a million other ways and other sites that people are utilizing to place ADS and TROLL to Purposely Harass Other Members. Houston has simply been toned down some.

Don't get your panties in a wad over what Ike and CryptKicker have done to help clean up Houston.
