Forgot to mention this might be the CiCi from the Old Watters massage in Allen. Not sure because I never had a session with her but was greeted a couple of times by her when I went to see KiKi, but it has been almost 2 years.

I'll confirm this place for yall. but FYI, she's timid at first. Also, can confirm that she is on the younger side of all sub amp old ladys near this place.
I do not remember seeing this chick at the old watters location, but i didnt see them all either.

You are correct and the prices I was quoted were in line with Watters. That's why I won't be back to see CiCI but may go to see who the other girls are.

Cici I saw at Watters, had a blue skirt and was very well endowed. She was dressed well and looked like she took care of herself.

Cici I saw at this place had on sweats with food sauce stains, hair wasn’t done. Sweatpants and sweatshirt were old and ragged.

I will say this positive tip, the interior finish is clean. Don’t know if it’s same girl, just not same presentation I was looking for.
