Save your time and drive to Fayetteville or Bentonville. It’s not worth spending your time on these ladies in Ft Smith. Then again you might find that diamond in the rough.

I don't have any problem traveling for a good provider, but I'd like something close for those times when you don't have half a day kill. You'd think a city as large as Ft Smith would attract better providers. Area has potential for SBs, so am exploring that for something close.
