no. the 9th is not quite there yet. it is getting there.
the 9th is prolly harder to fill as the district has more judges than any other district.
it really should be broken up.

Considering how the left cheered the demise of the Honorable Associate Justice Scalia, I feel justified in hoping for a quid pro quo.
In my opinion, Scalia represented everything great about the United States, and RBG wants to ruin it.

9500 - protesting Conservative judges legislating from the bench - but would be screaming approval at Liberal judges - think the 9th court of appeals - doing just that.
It is not that the DPST's object to judges legislating from the bench - it is that they cannot enact their socialist narrative platform by a vote of CITIZENS - AND THUS SEEK TO UNDERMINE THE VOT AS ONLY A RIGHT OF CITIZENS BY GIVING IT TO ANY ILLEGAL WHO CROSSES THE BORDER.
Then scream and cry about a strict Construction of the Constitution which obviates their only way to proceed with the agenda - DPST bench legislation.
No wonder the DPST's are terrified of Trump appointees and a strict construction of the Constitution
We need to jettison kalifornia to Mexico or let Maduro have the shit hole.
usual DPSY hypocrisy - using as "Experts" YSL, lenny Bruce, and Swalwell "Nuke Middle America" !!
LOL

It is one thing to appoint conservative judges who have served on the bench at some level it is something else to appoint people with absolutely no judicial experience, people who have never stepped in a court room or tried a case. People whose only qualification is a big donation.

Unless it is large donations to a desperate for funds DNC!!!!
That is quite acceptable to the DPST's.
Add a gift of "wine cave" and all is happiness in the DNC!

We can have a competent executive who is bound by the Constitution to uphold the law, but, as much as he or she disagrees with how it is interpreted, there is no recourse.
The Executive Branch needs to work with the Legislative Branch to redirect the Judicial Branch. On a mass grassroots level. Not an easy task by any means. Nor will it be in a generation or two. It starts with this election. Ginsburg's seat not withstanding.

I will give you kudos for cherry picking 1 out of his 120 district judge confirmations as probably one of the weaker ones. But you realize she is 1 of 15 in that district which is only 1 district out of 90+. Your rhetoric made is sound like common practice so I'm sure you have many many more - right?
And I'm guessing you stretched your rhetoric below when trying to apply it to Pitlyk. Please explain how she meets all of the criteria you mention below.
