Guidelines? Can they be stickied...

Can the site guidelines stickied at the top of all forums? Members consistently get pointed for breaking rules we cannot easily find(we is me lol but I can't be the only one). I would think less rules would be broken if they were easy to access?

I've spent almost 10 minutes and I can't find them.

Who knows...it might just be me...I'm not that good with finding info on this site or perhaps I'm just getting old, at 39 ...could someone link the guidelines for me? I cannot find them

If you look to the side of the Main Page, under the Heading of "Main Menu", you will find a series of Links.
One of them is a link to the "Forum Guidelines".
