I remember Winkys always had the cool Star Wars glasses but my parents thought their food sucked.

You know you're old when you remember Winkys.

I don't begrudge the plant eaters plants and it is amusing to see how this stuff triggers folks. It's unquestioned that these things are more environmentally sound that farming meat. It's also likely they are slightly better for you (they lose in salt and transfat and win in total fat, caloric content, and cholesterol). I had one. It didn't taste like "death" per se, but not something I'd repeat. I'm aware of my environmental footprint eating tasty cows and I'm okay with that. I'll hit the gym an extra day before forgoing meat for this stuff.

If I'm going to watch my arteries clog I want it to taste good!

Yeah, I quit going to KFC years ago. Somehow, their original recipe isn’t so original anymore. I became a big fan of Popeyes. But they’re skimping on the size of their breasts too. Damn shame. It used to be really good. Been down south, Bojangles isn’t that good except for their breakfast. Zaxby’s has some good stuff. Just sandwiches, better than Chic Fil La

Not a vegetarian option then. Kind of like the vegetable pot pie at Boston Market. (Flavored with chicken stock)

I've had some very tasty vegan burgers in my life. Haven't tried BKs and now after reading this, I doubt if I will.
I thought the very same thing! My son dates a vegan, she came to visit, & I had to use a different spatula & foil on a different side of my grill to cook the "burger" for her. I have nothing against it, but I still prefer beef, I haven't tried BK yet. But I did hav a impossible burger in NYC and it was ok, but again I prefer beef. AAhahahaha but most of ya'all fella's know that already!! Lol
Tatas? WTF? Thought it was a life ban? He can out me, all my personal info, and gets to come back? I never even met him, or argued w him! Lolfuck that!

This doesn't sound like my cup of tea, but I'd try it, why not? I'm glad vegans have found something like this. Capitalism will always provide what the public wants!

I worked at a travel plaza a few years back. Mostly Starbucks, but I also had to do so.e prep for BK on the midnight shift. They didn't use the flat top grills. Their "flame broiler" resembled a toaster oven with a conveyor belt, I swear to God. Lol.

Iirc, BK had that one co.mercial that said "flat-top is my enemayy". They're not lying I guess.
