What makes you think that we liberals think cops should have guns?

I see cops on Cops are stopping folks for riding their bycycles at night with no lights or stopping them at night or day for being on the street, telling them they should be on the sidewalk. What if there are no sidewalks? Don't cars and bycycles have equal right to the street? that's excuse to stop someone and search them and arrest them after finding illegal items on them. Or when they stop someone for speeding or some traffic thing and as soon as the cop get up to the car, they order the driver to step out without even asking for the usual drivers license and insurance, then put the driver and any passengers in handcuffs for their safety. I don't agree with some of the stuff I see cops do on Cops.

The same Liberal/socialist that scream for gun control (which is people control by govt) don't say a word about making roads vehicle's drivers safer , ( mort people kill every year in vehicle accident then all of "gun crime" )

We have the right to defend ourselves. People that advocate for the ban and confiscation of firearms are fools. We only need to look at history to see what happens the populace is disarmed. It gives the government one hundred percent of the power. Also TextushHog don’t call yourself a liberal if you don’t believe in liberty. You’re an authoritarian.

That’s because 90% of the worlds population lives in an authoritarian dictatorship

Meanwhile about 100,0000 or more people a month are flooding over our southern border from these "gun free" country's you speak of.

Disarming law abiding citizens to stop murders is like Banning cars for people who don't drink to stop drunk driving.

Additionally I think your gun murder numbers are off quite a bit according to the FBI database. https://ucr.fbi.gov/crime-in-the-u.s...ta-table-4.xls

Gun violence includes accidental shootings and suicide by gun.

Not sure why you keep focusing on LTC's?

Look at the crime rates in cities/states with strict gun controls, e.g. Detroit, Baltimore, D.C., etc.
A good guy that was a Police officer not a citizen as you are inferring.

I only mentioned the fact that States percentage if Violent crime does not align with the percentage of LTC because it is a fact that wrongly stated.

As for cherry picking a certain city to push an agenda take a look at St Louis Mo. Most dangerous city in America. Baltimore barely made the top 10. They have a reciprocal law with every state. Yet they have the highest rates. And if you go by state numbers like you should they are about the same a Maryland. No matter how you slice it more guns is not the answer.
