Depends on what you consider shitty weather, kc has about 5 weeks a year that are not too hot or too cold. The northeast has about 7 months of mild weather.

Anyway, we have a major party candidate, Kamala Harris, bringing the subject up.

Well as long as they pull in fines and court costs, I don't see them taking it off the books. Most people don't go to jail due to pleas. So as long as the religious fanatics are voting, it is just a dream. I don't see it happening in my lifetime.

Magic mushrooms have recently been decrimed ( is that a word?) in Denver and Oakland.
For years the public was convinced that Merry Wanna was a gateway drug that lead to heroin and turned nice church going kids into marauding lunatics.
The recent hard right abortion laws passed in many states will cause a backlash against the religious right, much like the GKLFTABCWAXY ( or whatever they are these days) crowd going after small bakers and florists influenced the right wing backlash .
Doing a search for Kamala Harris as well as the Green Party takes on nookie rental leads to blogs and articles featuring the perspective of sex work advocates.
Even the day to day office conversations regarding Robert Kraft , that I've heard anyway, are of the opinion that he's an elderly widower and it was none of popo's business.
Stay tuned kiddies. Tides can turn very quickly.
Unfortunately, much of the lead will probably be out of my pencil by the time it happens, vitamin V not withstanding.
