Just some loose ends to tie up before the hammer falls. I doubt there will be any pre-indictment deals on this one. The "cooperation level" is factored into the sentencing memorandum and then at the Judge's discretion as to whether to consider it. Some of the overriding policy considerations may nullify any "atta-boys"!
