Yes. County especially, but in the larger counties the other questions will be very important.

There's alot of free legal aid clinics that will help with family law matters.

I hate to cast aspersions.. but for most of us in this industry that need representation in a family court matter-- we need better than a legal aid hump. Even when you get a good attorney via legal aid, their caseloads are often too large to be able to give the attention often needed in more complicated cases.
