There are places on ECCIE where posting an out-of-the-blue ISO will work (Texas (most areas) and Arkansas, for instance). Tennessee isn't one of those places, as you discovered. Tennessee ECCIE isn't totally a black hole, but it's close.

I don't get the impression that there are a lot of Knoxvegas area providers haunting ECCIE. You might have had a response (maybe) if you had been visiting Nashville. Maybe. Even then because of heavy LE activity in Nashville I've gotten the impression that providers there aren't eager to answer ISOs.

If you visit again in the future, your best bet is to do some research and approach some ladies who trip your trigger more directly, via PM or contact via text, email, or other website.
