Default Austin blonde seeking white sand 🌵

Hello there!

I am visiting Las Cruces, and looking for the best spots to check out the white sand mountains here? I talked to a buddy that told me to ask around for the best spots to avoid the areas that might have some mild radiation? I'm never scared of adventure, but just not too much haha! How can I check this place out safely guys?

Thanks!

Love,
Kelly

More radiation from the sun than anything at White Sands National Monument. Enjoy

You have nothing to worry about from Radiation and it is less than an hour drive from Las Cruces.
Take plenty of water if you plan on hiking out in the dunes. Follow all the Monument rules because people have gotten lost in the past if hiking. Also, go to Walmart and buy an inexpensive plastic disk for sliding down the dunes.
Have fun it is a site to see
