Are you developing IOS and Droid APPs that match hobbyists with providers correctly based on each hobbyist's ISO requests?

I don't know what the ratio of hobbyists is to providers but I am sure there are more of the former than the latter:

got to be at least 3 to 1 or maybe even as high as 5 to 1.

At $3.99 for each time the APP is downloaded and installed, imagine how much money you can make.

Creating apps is where the big $ is at, how simple is uber? Connecting riders with drivers?

Uber? Couldn't be that complicated!

2/3 of the time when I turn it on, I see 2 dozen cars within 1-2 minutes of me and yet it still tells me:

it's busy, demand is high, so there is a 100% to 300% surcharge.

Well if it's so busy, why are those 2 dozen cars driving around me spinning their wheels.

Then if I do put in a request, even with the up to 300% surcharge which means whichever driver accept my request for an Uber, he can make 3 times the normal fare rate, it doesn't match me with any of those dozen drivers:

it matches me with a driver that's 15 minutes away and I will also get charged a long trip fee for the driver to drive a long way to me.

Good thing the APP still lets you cancel within 5 minutes of matching you with a driver without incurring a cancellation fee.
