If this is your first trip to TJ just book a room at Hotel Cascadas and go the stripclub next door called Hong Kong. Girls will go up to your room for arriba for $80-100 and they are super hot. Negotiate everything you want upfront. It’s all legal in that zone but still avoid the police as much as possible. Talk to fellow mongers at HK and let them explain how everything else works, street girls etc. Also, don’t make the mistake of thinking anyone is your friend. You’ll be perfectly safe on that strip. I was wondering if you could help me out. I've never been to TJ and I scheduled for Cascadas for the 11th - 14th. I don't remember where I heard it from, but do they charge you $15 every half hour for more than one girl with you? Since I only heard it from one person, then I would like confirmation so I don't make the same mistake.

No they don't charge you anything if you have your own room. However for a duo, you should watch out for the girls because one of them will likely not want to partake and just come along to get paid. There are some that are true duos, just choose wisely.
