Why are there more young girls in rochester then Buffalo.

I work 6 days a week so not much time to visit Rochester but recently I looked at 2 girls that do this ended up on my friend request list then I noticed damn near every one of their friends did this or have done that at one point. Like the number of people in what I consider the poverty circle of perpetual broke bitches is disproportionately larger then here. Also the outlier of bad habits which is a factor in what I call the poverty circle here is not a issue there, their just doing it for god knows what reason.

But the employment rate is almost twice as high as buffalo. I can quit my job which is decent paying and get at least 10 job offers a week with minimal effort.

To be fair all we get are shit candidates state wide kinda hard for the same shitty officials not to get reelected when the other team doesn't bother to show up...or is just 1 of their former cronies that will do the same exact shit as them seeking a high position of power.

In Buffalo it's just too hard to compete with Canada. Why put up with trash when hobby nirvana is 20 minutes away with a great exchange rate? In 12 years of doing this, I've seen TWO girls in Buffalo that were high quality. And one was born and raised in Rochester.

I have 10 employees doing home remodeling. I live in a very poor section and tried for years to hire In my hood. After hiring in the suburbs I have no more problems with help. Seems to me the ranking of the poor city has to do with poor work habits. Poor people stay victims and need poor people to hang with. Hence all the same birds of a feather flocking together
