Ive been practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga since '96 and believe it is truly a boon to mankind(i am not the best example of one practising bramacharya though)
Ive always noticed alot of providers are very tight(not that kind of tight!) particularly in their hamstrings and erector spinae, not to mention acute knots in the rhomboids/scapula.
This short practise takes 10-15 minutes followed by rest and if done every day the body will release tension.
Hard to get guys into it but rock it men!
