Review question for staff

I did an encounter on JadeK. It shows in my encounters but not hers. Did I do something I correctly?
I got credit for the review...

Reviews and assignments normally go into seperate queues for approval. Mods dispose of them in a timely matter as we get to them .
Occasionally one doesn’t show in the queue. When this happens we don’t know it exists until it is reported and a link is sent.

Translation
When a review is written it goes to a happy place and we frequently check the happy place to see if there are any reviews which need the good nookie seal of approval. Sometimes the reviews wander off to the wrong place and we won’t know about it till th review writer says “hey you guys” why are you ignoring my Pulitzer Prize winning Penthouse letter? We then send out the hounds and locate the miscreant review for the seal of approval or the gong. Looks like SMI handled yours.

Ah ok gotcha that’s the other happy place we look at. We also need to assign it to the provider.
