Big problem - doesn’t date the ads/listings so you don’t know who is active. For example, JenniShayXXX is listed as a provider but no last date accessed.

I looked at this briefly and wonder if some providers pictures, etc. were just pulled in from other sites. Several had no information in any of the fields.

As for JennyShayXXX, I am fairly sure she has left the business. She was my ATF and I had contact with her during some problems last year. If you know anything about them, you will be happy to know that they are resolved. I haven't seen her since, and the last time (while eccie was down) that I texted her looking for contact information for a good provider, I got no response.

BUT... I am soooo glad the site is back up (EM doesn't cut it) and thank you to the O.P. for at least trying to provide other sources should the moral minority cause it to close again.

the best advertising is social media. its free and simple to use...any other site is just a tool. no one will have your brand as their number one priority except you. also, there's no limit to the size of your audience. I'm not sure what effect fosta will have on our freedom of speech, but explicit language is hardly a good marketing strategy. follow me on switter and twitter lol.

Obviously, the sites that are up have received advice and counsel as to Jan 1 being the likely enforcement date.

Other than those that were seized or preemptively ceased operations permanently (and have yet to return in any form) of course.

A few sites have plans to change formats come January barring legal action that would delay enforcement due mainly to infringements on free speech and current precedents contained in obscenity laws that have not been challenged yet.

We'll have to see how far the new Supreme Court nominee pushes the court to the right. Presuming he is confirmed of course.

I see no way that a significant number of red state Senators running for re-election will risk voting against the nominee, returning to the campaign, and being able to explain their vote throughout their state before Election Day.

The safe liberals can whine all they want. They know that statistically if they give up on the red states that the Republican Party will have a super majority for all eternity and be able to pass or block any bill they want.

So, they're going to have to let those vulnerable red state Senators vote to confirm and there's no foreseeable way to block his confirmation until a new Senate can be seated. That is given that the "blue wave" is strong enough to flip some unexpected Senate seats.

More and more red state seats are in peril every day. Mostly due to well meaning out of state liberals from blue states trying to help fundraise, etc.

Sorry I follow politics pretty closely.

lol...why be sorry. yeah anti fosta= pro human trafficking. in reality is giving the gov too much power by compromising one of our fundamental rights. i stand by what i said tho...even without ad sites you can grow your brand as an entertainer(lol). ill continue to use verification sites and review boards while theyre in existence but social media is a powerful tool for SWs. i hope i dont live to see the day when gov can dictate 100% what i post on a social media page. Build your name, build clients over customers, and use what's available to screen and advertise.

It's pretty simple and more or less basic business principles.

At least until we become a totalitarian dictatorship that limits what can be posted on social media.

But hey what do I know? I'm just another person with an opinion who is tired of the broken and corrupt two party system.
