Default Time granted between visits with same provider

What is the time allotted between seeing the same provider and qualifying for PA credit. And does the clock start running from the date the encounter occurred or the date the report is posted, and also how much time can pass prior to writing the report vs. the day it is posted

I quick reviewed the guidelines but could not find an answer.

From what I remember it’s either 60 or 90 days between visits and within a month of the visit to get PA access.

Correct me if I’m wrong!

I dunno about when the clock starts but I would guess it would be from the day it was posted ??

It was 90 before the shut down. I had a routine, review, wait 90 days, review wait 90 days. Gottahavemore, you know why. lol.

It is 90 days between reviews of the same provider to get PA credit. Clock starts on the day you post the encounter report. Also to receive credit, you need to post the review within a month of when the encounter took place.

For example, you see a provider on June 1st and write a report. You can't get PA credit for the same provider until Sept 1st. You see a provider on June 1st, you can wait up until July 1st to post the encounter to get credit. Of course, you can get PA credit in between the 90 days if you see a different provider. Additionally, PA credit is not concurrent. If you post a provider report on June 1st, you get six weeks of PA. If you post a provider report on a different provider on June 2nd, your new PA credit will begin once the fist 6 weeks has expired. At least that is the way it was before the site went down.
