Can't even drive down the street, going about your daily routines, minding your own business, not bothering anyone, just sharing the road with your fellow motorists, and not having to worry about some crazy guy is going to pull up next to you and open gunfire on you and you haven't done anything to deserve it or to provoke them.

He claims the mother swerve into his lane twice.

Well, even if that was true, it's still no reason to take out your gun and fire at her.

I was hoping he would be charged with attempted murder but instead he is getting off easy with just an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge.
